📋 To-do
Coach & Center
Your email + mobile identify your account and let you restore it on a new device. We never store any of your guests' information — that stays on your device and your own Google Sheet.
Measurement Parameters & Standards
Set the normal values (separately for Male / Female) that the app flags against and prints on the PDF. You can also add your own parameters or delete ones you don't use. Weight uses the ideal-weight formula, BMI uses WHO bands, and Metabolic Age uses the person's age — these three are built-in.
Subscription
Google Drive Cloud Backup
Automatically saves a full snapshot (customers, checkups, to-dos) to a CoachVani Backups folder in your Google Drive after each change — works on mobile. The ↻ Sync button at the top merges changes both ways, so a report added on your phone shows up on your PC (and vice-versa). Uses the same Google Sheet connection set up below.
Google Drive Auto-Backup (desktop file)
Link one JSON file inside your Google Drive (or OneDrive / Dropbox) synced folder. The app then saves every change to it automatically, and pulls the latest when you reopen — so all your PCs stay in sync through Drive. Works in Chrome & Edge on desktop. On phones, your data is already backed up via Export below (and the Google Sheet, if you enable it).
Manual Backup
Download a full backup (settings, customers, checkups, to-dos & subscription), or restore from one. This is the same file the 💾 Backup now button at the top saves.
Google Sheet Sync (optional)
Optional. Only needed if you want every report pushed into a Google Sheet with a PDF link saved in your Drive. Leave blank to skip.
📝 How to connect (one-time setup)
On a computer, create a new Google Sheet (any name). This is where your data will land.
In the sheet's menu: Extensions → Apps Script.
Delete anything in the editor. Tap Copy the script below, paste it into the editor, then click the Save (disk) icon.
Click Deploy → New deployment. For "Select type" choose Web app.
Set Execute as: Me and Who has access: Anyone, then Deploy.
Approve the permission prompt (for an "unverified app" screen tap Advanced → Go to project → Allow — it's your own script).
Copy the Web app URL (it ends with /exec).
Paste that URL in the box above, tap Save, then Test. You should see "Connected".
After that, every Save adds a row to your sheet's "Reports" tab and stores the PDF in a Drive folder called "Body Fat Reports", with the link in the sheet. If you ever change Code.gs, redeploy: Deploy → Manage deployments → Edit → New version.
App, Updates & AMC
Software updates are included free for 1 year after activation. After that, an annual maintenance charge (AMC) of Rs 499/year keeps new updates coming. Your app and data keep working even without AMC — only new updates pause.
